About the event

Training open to people who are looking to get involved with the movement.

Registration required. Materials: Training packet will be sent to registered attendees 24 hours before. Please print out your packet to bring with you. Packets not available day of training.

M101 is for 1) people who have never trained to marshal for protests or special events, 2) people who have been thrown into the fire and asked to marshal without prior training, 3) group leaders interested in training for new marshals. It is not for experienced marshals.

M102 is for experienced marshals looking for advanced de-escalation training, large crowd management techniques, communications technology for crowd control, etc. This training is in development. Look for dates posted after July 17.
